Strata Managers at Whelan Property Group Pty Ltd are focused on providing prompt, proactive and professional management of your Community Association and Neighbourhood Scheme.

We currently manage various Community Association's and Neighbourhood's throughout NSW and Sydney.

We understand that a Community Association must be managed in a different manner to an Owners Corporation, each Association and Neighbourhood has its own set of rules and regulation, although covered under the Community Land Management Act 1989.
