Whelan Property Group understands that communication, particularly of a written nature with owners reflects our professional standards. We are meticulous in providing and distributing clear, accurate, unambiguous communications well within the timeframes as stipulated by the “Strata Schemes Management Act, 2015” and the “Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2016”.

COMPETITIVE PRICING

We are a Strata Company of options and have financial options to offer you to suit your Strata Scheme. At Whelan we can propose a fixed price (all-inclusive disbursements) or pay as you go disbursements. We can structure your fees so you know exactly how much your photocopying, postage and emailing of Levies, Agendas and Minutes is going to cost upfront OR you could opt to have the amount calculated at the time the disbursement is incurred.

Our non-standard Strata Management Agreement allows for planning and amendments based on the specific needs and requirements of your building. All agreements are simply clarified and do not contain confusing or misleading clauses.

CURRENT TECHNOLOGY

Whelan Property Group offers a competitive advantage in the Strata Management industry by continually investing and exercising current technology. These technical investments have allowed the group to achieve internal efficiency (such as remote access to email and paperless archives) and has reduced business risk by ensuring that our owner's information is secure and protected from any potential security ruptures.

Whelan ensures that all our technology is tried and tested before presenting such technical initiatives to our clients. We are hereby pleased to offer our owners online access to electronic material such as Agendas, Minutes and Financial reports via a secure online portal.
